Mario Golf: Super Rush All Characters & Special Shots

For the first time in seven years, Mario and his pals return to the golf courses in Mario Golf: Super Rush. There’s plenty of content for players to sink their teeth into in ‘Golf Adventure’ with the conventional story mode mixed with more fast-paced and chaotic Speed Golf and Battle Golf modes. In addition to all of these modes and course, a roaster of 16 characters to choose from is also featured in Super Rush. So in this guide, we will tell you about all the 16 characters and their special shots you can use in each mode in Mario Golf:  Special Rush.

Mario Golf: Super Rush All Characters & Special Shots

In Mario Golf: Super Rush, you will be able to choose from 16 different characters. Each one has distinct numbers for Power, Stamina, Speed, Control, and Spin, so keep in mind when making your choice. Every character and their unique shot are detailed here so you can see what each one has to offer.

  • Mario:

Special Shot: Super Star Strike – Blasts balls away when they hit the ground.

Special Dash: Moonsault Dash – Jumps and slides to knock other players off their feet. 

  • Luigi:

Special Shot: Ice Flower Freeze – On Impact, the Ice Flower freezes the ground.

Special Dash: Speed-Skate Dash – Skates on the track, leaving an ice path behind them that causes other players to slip if they follow too closely.

  • Wario:

Special Shot: Lightning Blast – causes other players to be affected by lightning.

Special Dash: Jet-Pack Dash – Transforms his golf bag into a jetpack, which he utilizes to propel himself forward and knock other players off their feet. 

  • Waluigi:

Special Shot: Slim Stinger – Blasts ball out of the way.

Special Dash: Dance-Off Dash – Pirouettes and leaps to knock opponents off their feet.

  • Peach:

Special Shot: Spiral Stinger – Blasts balls out of the way.

Special Dash: Ribbon Dash – Uses a rhythmic gymnastics ribbon to jump and pirouette, throwing other competitors off-balance.

  • Daisy:

Special Shot: Blossom Strike – Blasts balls away when they hit the ground.

Special Dash: Pinwheel Dash – Runs, hops, and pirouettes, throwing off-balance any opponents she encounters. 

  • Yoshi:

Special Shot: Eggschanger – Transforms balls into eggs when they hit the ground.

Special Dash: Egg-Roll Dash – Rolls over players while running on top of a gigantic egg. 

  • Bowser:

Special Shot: Meteor Strike – Blasts balls away when they hit the ground.

Special Dash: Volcano Dash – Throws flames at players by leaping, sliding, and roaring.

  • Bowser Jr:

Special Shot: Smokeball – Creates a cloud of smoke that obscures the flag, hole, and balls in the landing zone.

Special Dash: Bullet Bill Dash – Flies on top of a Bullet Bill, knocking other players out of the way. 

  • King Boo:

Special Shot: Mischief Twister – Haunts balls by bending their trajectory as they hit the ground.

Special Dash: Carousel Dash – Calls in more Boos to assist you to bash your enemies. 

  • Donkey Kong:

Special Shot: Burly Strike – Blasts balls away when they hit the ground.

Special Dash: DK Dash – On the ground, bounces, and rolls.  

  • Rosalina:

Special Shot: Shooting Star – On impact, turns balls into Star Bits, preventing them from being struck straight.

Special Dash: Luma Dash – Summons two Lumas to throw opponents off their feet.

  • Pauline:

Special Shot: Songbird Stinger – Blasts balls out of the way.

Special Dash: Diva Dash – Dashes forward, throwing opponents off balance.

  • Toad:

Special Shot: Super Toad Strike – Enlarges the ball and shoots it away on hit.

Special Dash: Tumble Dash – Flips Over, knocking any opponents off balance.

  • Chargin’ Chuck:

Special Shot: Scrimmage Stinger – Blasts ball out of the way.

Special Dash: End-Zone Dash – Charges and dives to knock off opponents off balance.

  • King Bob-omb:

Special Shot: Bob-ombs Away – Spawns bombs in the landing zone.

Special Dash: Kaboom Dash – Summons a swarm of Bob-ombs to carry him across the course, obliterating other players in the process. 

  • Mii:

Special Shot: Power Stinger – Blasts balls out of the way.

Special Dash: Power Dash – Dashes around like a madman, knocking other players off their feet.

These are all the characters that you can choose from in Mario Golf: Super Rush.
