There are many perks in COD Vanguard but all are divided into three slots each carrying its own set of perks.
1st Slot Of Perks

This will get you slight damage from explosives, your heath can regenerate faster |

Survival Training |
It provides immunity against Gas plus max resistance. |

Ninja |
It can be unlocked at level 15 your movement will get hushed almost unnoticeable to enemies. |

Dauntless |
Can be unlocked at level 24, you will get unstoppable. |

Ghost |
Can be unlocked at level 36, if you’re actively moving you cannot be detected by spy planes, enemy intel, and field mics. |

Cold Blooded |
Can be unlocked at level 46, Al-controlled killstreaks plus player-controlled streaks will fail to target or highlight you. |

Can be unlocked at level 7, enemies will appear on the minimap when they fire. |

High Alert |
Can be unlocked at level 17, you can detect enemy because you get highly vigilant |

Engineer |
Can be unlocked at level 28, when you aim at enemy equipment they will get marked for the rest of your team players, too. |

Forward Intel |
Can be unlocked at level 40, you will see indicators on a wider area of the map. |

Piercing Vision |
Can be unlocked at level 48, all under the attack of fire will highlight for a short duration. |

Double Time |
The duration of your tactical sprints gets doubled. |

Can be unlocked at level 13, gets you an extra lethal tool when you spawn. |
