Minecraft update 2.16 which has official patch number 1.16.61 is out now. Here is everything fixed in this update as detailed in the patch notes.
The version 2.16 update for Minecraft is not that huge in terms of fixes. There are mostly general bug fixes after the PSVR update that launched earlier this week.
