Ghostwire Tokyo has been updated to version 1.002 today by Bethesda. You can get the complete patch notes for this update from here.
The new update for the game has a download size of just under 500 MB. It doesn’t appear to be a large update. Since the game is launching later today, this appears to be more of a hotfix that attempts to address the various minor issues that might present in the game.

As this is the day one patch, we don’t have official patch notes from Tango Gameworks. They don’t share details on what has been fixed in the day one update. Regardless, you won’t need to download much to enjoy the game at launch.
