EA Sports UFC 4 has been updated to version 15.00 today by EA. You can get the patch notes for PS4 and Xbox One from here.
This patch has added two new fighters to the game, Belal Muhammad and Kai Kara-France. You can take a look at their official ratings in the game below courtesy of EA. Both of these are 4-star fighters with rather balanced stats. Belal is good with grappling and carries a decent heath with a small weakness in striking. Kai Kara-France is good with striking and health but weak with grappling.
