Life Is Strange: True Colors has not only one end rather it has plenty of them. Just like Twelve Minutes Ending, Life Is strange True Colors end also depends on the choices you make and on the dialogue responses you choose to acknowledge. In this game, there are a total of 6 endings depending on the number of the game’s episodes. But you can bring variations into these by making your own choices. In Haven, you will reach any good or bad ending based on your matter of choices so it’s a free space game.

How To Get Good or Bad Ending In Life is Strange True Colors
- Tell Riley about Eleanor at the bus stop or not.:
This choice is made at the bus station in chapter 4 of the game. Riley is at the bus station. Riley wants to leave the Haven and achieve her dreams while Eleanor wants the opposite. Eleanor doesn’t want Riley to leave Haven. Now you have two choices, choose one to have a good ending. I’ll let you know what would happen when choosing either of them.
Choice 1
If we choose to tell Riley about Eleanor, what will happen?
So if we go with this option, Riley will terminate her decision and will decide to stay in Haven. But later in chapter 5, Eleanor will ditch you in a town council meeting and that will hurt Alex a lot. So make your choice keeping this circumstance in mind.
Choice 2
What Happens when we choose Keep Eleanor’s Confidence?
Choosing this option would let Riley leave this town and chase her dreams, while Eleanor will stand up for you in the town council meeting of chapter 5, telling you that you are a trusted person.
- Take Away Charlotte’s Anger Or Leave Her Alone?
The outcomes of these choices are described below:
Choice 1
Take Away Charlotte’s Anger:
At the end of Chapter 3, you will have a choice to go with this option. And if you choose this one, Alex will take all Charlotte’s anger with her and will take that all out in front of Steph and Ryan who will end up leaving the apartment, letting you see the USB all by yourself. But in Chapter 5, when you would need Charlotte during the town council meeting, she won’t take a stand for you and say that she feels numb.
Choice 2
Leave Her Alone:
You will leave the room after consoling her. Hence, Alex will not spit her anger on Steph and Ryan as she looks for the USB. Later in chapter 5, Charlotte will meet Alex. She’ll be apologized for her awful act and will take a stand for you.
- Sign The Affidavit Or Risk-Taking Pike’s Fear:
In Chapter 5, you will come across Pike who will arrest you because of the evidence you just found from the USB. Pike is scared of you to confront Typhon and demands you to withdraw with this thing and sign the affidavit where it says that you won’t follow Typhon. Let’s see what happens when you sign it.
Choice 1
Sign the Affidavit:
Signing the Affidavit would not change much. The story will continue in the same way while Pike will be too afraid of agreeing with you in the town council meeting.
Choice 2
Risk-Taking Pike’s Fear:
If you take away Pike’s fear, he will take a stand for you in Chapter 5, in the town Council meeting.
Life is Strange: True Colors ending depends on two choices;
- You decide to stay in Haven
- Or you decide to leave Haven and seek an adventure.
What happens if you decide to stay in Haven?
You will start your living in the Haven by taking care of the store record left by Steph. As he decides to leave the Haven.
What if you seek adventure?
This one depends on the choices you make above. If you go away from Haven, you will achieve the dream career of Musician. And you keep Eleanor’s confidence a secret, don’t take Charlotte’s anger and take away Pike’s fear then obviously they all be standing at the bus top waving a happy goodbye to you.
The endings will take a slight drift if you develop a romantic relationship with Ryan.
Choice: staying with Ryan.
Steph will leave Haven, letting you take care of the store records if you choose to stay with Ryan.
Choice: Seek adventure With Ryan:
You will still pursue your journey as a musician but this time, Ryan will be with you. He’ll be by your side all the time, supporting you.
The same scenario will happen if you choose to stay in Haven with Steph or leaving the Haven and seeking adventure with Steph. The only difference will be Steph replacing Ryan.
