During your travel, you will meet many companions and Shadowheart is one of the first, and probably the best companion. In order to include Shadowheart in your league you must need to set her free in Baldur’s Gate 3.

How to Rescue Shadowheart In Baldur’s Gate 3:

In order to rescue Shadowheart, you need to follow the following steps:

• Firstly, visit the room where Shadowheart’s pod is located, near the end of the ship in Act One.
• Now look at the console on her right, where you will find an empty socket that can be filled with something.
• Enter the room to the east of the chamber Shadowheart is in by passing through the sphincter
• You’ll also find another pod with an individual inside. Just walk past it to the opposite end of the room.
• Now look around for the “Dead Thrall’s” corpse next to the Cartilaginous Chest. You will find an Eldritch Rune from the body.
• Just take the Rune back to the Shadowheart’s pod and place it in the empty socket. Now interact with the console so that an option opens up.
• Select “Illithid(Wisdom): Will the pod open.” This will free Shadowheart.

When you have finally rescued her, you can then talk to her to invite her to your league. This is how you can rescue Shadowheart in Baldur’s Gate 3.
