Another COD game launched this year, and many people are wondering if there are split-screen or online co-op options in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
Split-Screen and Online Co-op Options
Campaign Mode: The campaign mode in Call of Duty is strictly single-player only.
Multiplayer Modes:
- If you want to play with someone sitting beside you, go to the game’s multiplayer modes, connect a controller, and play in split-screen. You can choose to play with or against them.
- If you want to play with a friend or family member who is not in the same room, you can play with them online. However, they must have a console and a copy of the game.
Zombie Mode: For a bit of co-op action, Zombie mode is the best option. You can play this mode online with a group of four players and kill hordes of zombies while completing objectives. Unfortunately, you can’t play Zombie mode in split-screen at the moment. Although there’s a split-screen option available, it simply doesn’t work. Hopefully, a future patch will allow co-op in Zombies mode as well.
