Watch Dogs Legion Best Recruits: Where To Find and How To Recruit Them

In Watch Dogs: Legion, the recruitment system allows players to assemble a diverse team of operatives, each with unique skills and abilities. This guide presents some of the best recruits available in the game, categorized by general recommendations and specific favorites, to help you build a well-rounded team.

General Recommendations for Recruits

  1. Get Uniformed Access Operatives
    • Uniformed operatives, such as construction workers and Albion contractors, can grant players access to restricted areas while minimizing detection risk. Recruiting these members can prove invaluable for stealth missions and navigating hostile territories.
  2. Skilled Recruits (Green Markers on Your Map)
    • Skilled recruits are marked on your map with green icons, indicating their unique abilities. Bagley will help identify these skilled members, but be quick; the markers will disappear after a limited time (approximately 25 minutes) if you do not engage with them. Prioritizing these recruits can enhance your team’s overall effectiveness.
  3. Free Boroughs for More Skilled Recruits
    • Completing objectives to liberate boroughs will unlock skilled recruits for your team. This not only aids your cause against Albion but also expands your options for operatives.
  4. Pick Based on Perks
    • Each operative comes with distinct perks and abilities. It’s essential to evaluate their skills and select recruits that best fit your preferred playstyle and mission requirements.

Favorite Operatives

  1. Paramedic
    • A valuable addition to any team, the paramedic can heal injured teammates quickly, enhancing survivability during intense encounters.
  2. Barrister
    • This operative reduces the amount of time other members spend in jail, allowing for faster regrouping after missions.
  3. Anarchist
    • Anarchists take less melee damage and are immune to gas attacks, making them resilient in close-quarters combat situations.
  4. BeeKeeper
    • A fun and unique recruit, the Beekeeper commands a swarm of robotic bees to attack enemies. Look for them in parks or near mechanical hives.
  5. Getaway Driver
    • Ideal for escaping sticky situations, the getaway driver can hack nearby vehicles to assist in quick escapes. This operative is especially useful when being pursued by Albion drones.
  6. Football Hooligan
    • Equipped with a rally cry ability, football hooligans can summon allies to assist in combat. They also have a unique drunken state that allows them to absorb more damage.
  7. Protest Leader
    • This recruit can convert up to four citizens into DedSec allies and is armed with tear gas, useful for crowd control and disrupting enemy movements.
  8. Spy
    • Spies come with powerful weapons and possess a sleek vehicle equipped with an augmented reality cloak. They can directly hack enemies, making them formidable in stealth operations.
  9. Drone Expert
    • Perfect for players who enjoy drone mechanics, the drone expert can hack and control drones to launch attacks, providing tactical advantages during missions.
  10. Hitman
    • This operative can eliminate targets even when under observation by other enemies, showcasing impressive stealth and assassination skills.
