You’ll help him many times during the quest and then eventually kill him by the end of Alexander’s questline. How To Complete Alexander Questline In Elden Ring
So during the Alexander quest, you’ll come face to face with Radahn to declare a fight against him but here you’ll have to be extra careful not to call Alexander for a fight. If you make the mistake of killing Alexander you’ll not be able to make any progress during the quest. It’s wiser for you to let Alexander set free. While the survival of Alexander is crucial, you’ll be left with only one choice; to kill Radahn.
The first place where you can find Iron Fist Alexander will be in Stormhill. in Gael Tunnel You’ll either help Alexander in Stormhill or Liurnia of the Lakes. He will be found stuck in the ground and you’ll rush to save his life by pulling him out from where he is stuck. You will need to hurl an oil pot at him which will make his body slippery and then he will come out from the whole trap with ease.
Once you save his life at the Stormhill you’ll let him go and then at the very late game location of Crumbling Farum Azula, you’ll meet Alexander for the last time. At this point, you will engage in battle with him and defeat him. The death of Alexander will be the end of Alexander’s quest.
