This patch adds pronouns to the Create a Sim feature. So far, this is the only known change. There might be other bug fixes that have not been officially listed by EA Maxis. You can learn more about the update with the patch notes shared below.

The game has been released for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. It was developed by EA Maxis. It is a popular social simulation game where the players control a set of avatars named The Sims and have to deal with the struggle of daily life.
