Ubisoft has said that this is just some infrastructure maintenance update. So that’s the most we know for now. There are no official patch notes available.

There will be some infrastructure maintenance on PlayStation today, August 25th.

The game is going to get a new expansion with the launch of Operation North Star. It is the second expansion for Year 6 of R6 Siege and will be due out later this year. This will add new operators, maps, and so on.
