Portal 2 has been updated to a new version today on PC. You can find out the complete patch notes for the February 2 update from here.
This patch that has been deployed today addresses a minor issue related to the UI. Apparently, the UI was not scaling properly for some of the elements so a new patch, or more of hotfix, was deployed to address it. Nothing major it added and don’t expect any surprises. The patch notes can be read below as shared by Valve.
