NBA 2K22 has been updated to version 1.003 today by 2K Sports. This is the day one update. You can find out the details on this update from here.
This update is mainly aimed at patching and squeezing out any of the bugs that have been reported since the game went gold. It doesn’t add anything major to the game. As for the file size, it has been reported to be over 15 GB. The full game size with the update is more than 100 GB.
