Nascar 21: Ignition has been updated to version 1.4.4.0 today by Motorsport Games. You can find out the complete patch notes from here.
This patch is available to download now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It is a simple bug fix that resolves an issue with the gameplay where the end-of-stage results would usually be out of order. After the patch, this should be resolved now so if you were experiencing this problem, make sure to get download it.
