NASCAR 21: Ignition is a racing video game that simulates the NASCAR Cup Series season of 2021. It was published on Steam on October 28, 2021, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. It also received a patch for the PS5 and Xbox Series S|X adding support for these consoles.
The game was designed from the ground up, and development began in 2019 after Motorsport Games purchased 704Games. Each manufacturer’s cover athlete is a Cup driver: Chase Elliott for Chevrolet, Bubba Wallace for Toyota, and Ryan Blaney for Ford. Bill Elliott appears on the cover of the game’s Champions Edition, which was released two days earlier.
