MotoGP 21 has been updated to version 1.12 today by Milestone. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
The updated version on different platforms is as follow: PS4 (1.012.000), PS5 (1.014.000), Xbox One (1.0.0.13), Xbox Series X|S (1.0.0.16), PC Steam, PC Epic. The patch adds support for Controller Gyroscope and makes some other adjustments as seen below.
