MLB The Show 22 update 1.15 is out today for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch. You can get the complete patch notes here.
The only issues resolved with this patch are related to the Diamond Dynasty and Stadium Creator. This is the extent of the changes in this new patch. The patch will be available to download for all major consoles today September 15. The following is the updated version for this new patch on all platforms: PS4: 1.15, PS5: 1. 015, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S: 1.0.0.107, and Nintendo Switch: 1.15
