Kena: Bridge of Spirits has been updated to version 1.04 today by Ember Lab. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
There have been four updates released for the game so far. While an official set of the changelog is not available for the game, we do know from the PS4 dashboard update history that there have been a couple of bug fixes including for the combat completion.
