Forza Horizon 5 update was released today for PC. You can get the complete patch notes for this update from here.
This update resolves a problem that prohibited certain players from spawning the treasure chest after finishing a treasure hunt challenge. The developers are looking into further Treasure Chest issues. In an upcoming FH5 update, the Series 9 Treasure Hunt Summer challenge will be retroactively finished for all players. Additionally, this will provide the proper rewards.
Forza Horizon 5 Update Patch Notes July 5
[PC only] General
- Fixed an issue on PC platforms that prevented the Treasure Chest from spawning for some players after successfully completing a Treasure Hunt challenge. We’re aware there are further issues with Treasure Chests which we’re continuing to investigate.
Note: In a future Forza Horizon 5 update, the Series 9 Treasure Hunt Summer challenge will be retroactively completed for all players. This will also grant the associated rewards.
