Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade has received its first update on PC to version 1.001. You can get the complete patch notes from here.
The game has been updated on the Epic Games Store with a post-launch update that makes a number of changes. One of these is related to the subtitles that now default to English while the other change is for the resolution, which runs stable if the game is running at a frame rate above 90.

The Epic Games Store version of FFVIIR INTERGRADE has been upgraded to Ver. 1.001.
