Elden Ring has been updated to version 1.07 today by From Software. You can get the complete patch notes from here.
This patch addresses a number of bugs including an issue with the Cerulean Hidden Tear, a bug with Melania, which led to her HP not being healed correctly, and a couple of other minor fixes. Take a look at the changes outlined in the patch notes shared below.

- Fixed a bug that prevented the boss “Elden Beast” from working properly under certain circumstances
