Elden Ring has been updated to version 1.02.1 today by Bandai Namco. You can get the complete patch notes for this update from here.
Earlier, there was an update for the game that also claimed to resolve various performance issues, but they don’t appear to have been fixed for now. Bandai Namco has now followed it up with another patch that is related to minor issues on PC and PS5. This update is not available for the PS4 or Xbox consoles and only for PC and PS5.
