Dragon Ball Z Kakarot update 1.82 was released today for PS4 and Xbox One. You can get the complete patch notes here.
The game has been out for a while so this latest update appears to be a surprise to many players. As for the changes themselves, there are no official patch notes available for it so all we have is the changelog mentioned on the PS4. It simply states that adjustments have been made to the game without diving into it.

As for new content, there is a rumor that there will be a new DLC that will add Bardock to the game but nothing official has been revealed in this regard. The game was recently released for the Nintendo Switch but it didn’t include any new content. After the release of the last major DLC, it hasn’t received anything significant yet.
