Dirt 5 has been updated to version 3.002 by Codemasters. This update is only available for PS5 and the patch notes mention a crash-related fix.
If you were one of the users that were having issues with Dirt 5 error code CE-108255-1 then this hotfix will hopefully resolve the issue. As far as we can tell, it has only been released for the PS5 and there are no patches for any other platforms.

Released on March 1, 2021. This hotfix aims to address reports of crashes on PlayStation 5 in Career mode, with the error code CE-108255-1.
Let us know if this hotfix has resolved your issues with the game crashing on the PS5 in the Career mode. If you are still facing the issue but getting a different code, then it is best to report the issue to Codemasters.
