Cyberpunk 2077 was updated today on February 28 by CD Projekt Red. You can get the complete patch notes for this update from here.
This new patch that was released today just for the PC version is related to the game experiencing some of the audio software-related crashes. This hotfix should resolve any of the problems in this regard so make sure to install the patch and get back to the game to see if it is resolved if you were experiencing a similar problem.
