COD Vanguard update 1.19 was released today for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. You can get the complete patch notes here.
This new update to the game prepares it for the upcoming Season 4 in addition to deploying a number of fixes. While official patch notes are not available as of yet, we do know a list of the known issues in the game.

- Clan Challenges: Looking Ahead
Now that the first Clan Challenge has expired, we’d like to thank everyone for supporting this new feature. The next Clan Challenge will begin Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022. Stay tuned for a new competitive feature for Clans that’s currently in the works.
- We are currently investigating reports of extended matchmaking times across all Multiplayer modes
Global and MP
- Progression counter for Atomic Camo on all Weapons is inaccurate
- Unable to rename Loadouts equipped with Atomic Camo
- Party members frequently lose connection to the lobby host
- Destroyed Trophy Systems do not progress Launcher camo challenges
