Chorus update 1.07 is out today for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. You can get the complete patch notes here.
There was an issue with the game which led to some achievements not getting recognized if the player had unlocked them. This issue should be resolved now with the launch of this new update. If you were stuck with buggy achievements, download the latest 1.7 patch for Chorus.

Based on some technical checks, the game systems on rare occasion didn’t recognize if an achievement was unlocked. With the current patch we were able to locate the issue which is now resolved. If a player currently had experienced that an achievement was not unlocked correctly should now retro-actively receive their obtained achievements correctly.
Chorus is available now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC.
