Silent Hill Townfall Reportedly Targets 2026 Release, Silent Hill Showcase Expected Soon

A new leak has surfaced suggesting that Silent Hill Townfall, one of the upcoming entries in Konami’s revived horror franchise, may finally have a release date. According to a report shared by Twitter user @immalkwalahi, citing Biohazard Ultimate as the source, the game is reportedly set to launch on March 26, 2026. The leak also mentions that a Silent Hill Showcase is planned for later this month, where fans can expect additional details about Townfall and the first trailer for the highly anticipated Silent Hill 1 Remake.

The leaker clarified that the information does not originate from them directly, emphasizing that they are simply sharing the report with their followers. “It’s not my own leak I have posted the source,” they stated, further adding, “I can’t say it’s 100% accurate if you want to believe it or not it’s up to you.” As with any unverified claims, fans are advised to treat this information with caution until official confirmation arrives from Konami.

Originally unveiled during the Silent Hill Transmission event in October 2022, Silent Hill Townfall is being developed by No Code, the studio behind Stories Untold and Observation. Reports indicate that the project will adopt a narrative-driven approach, composed of multiple short stories that unfold within a mysterious coastal town. Each chapter will reportedly explore the haunting past of its inhabitants, with one story centered around a ghostly beach setting that plays a pivotal role in the game’s atmosphere.

If these details prove accurate, Townfall could follow a structure similar to Silent Hill: The Short Message, focusing less on combat and more on psychological horror and exploration. The gameplay is said to rely on environmental storytelling, tense encounters, and investigative mechanics that emphasize unease over traditional survival horror elements. The title is reportedly planned for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

While Konami has yet to officially address the leak, the possibility of a new showcase aligns with growing anticipation around the publisher’s future horror projects. Should the March 2026 release date hold true, Silent Hill Townfall would mark one of the most significant additions to the series since its long-awaited revival began in 2022.
