Metal Gear Solid V has been updated to version 1.21 while the Definitive Edition has been updated to 1.10. Here are the patch notes for this update
Konami has updated all Metal Gear Solid games today on February 9 the current generation consoles. This includes Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes, Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, and Metal Gear Solid 5: Definitive Edition.
While the patch notes don’t explain much, we do know that they have changed the notification of the agreement process. However, if you are hoping to get an update on the game adding new content, or for the bug fixes that are still left intact, then be disappointed as there are no additional changes.

I’ve noticed that I now cannot login to the servers on MGSV. Gives me Failed to log in to server – error 10003 message… 🙁
Phantom Pain won’t start after getting an update on ps4..
Unable to launch phantom pain on PS4 following this update. Error 10003 followed by a black screen.
Really? I guess I won’t be playing this weekend. Dang
The Offline of MGSV is reduced to virtually nothing. I don’t know how it is on PS4 but going in there Offline is impossible from few videos I’ve seen.
On Steam, playing offline is possible however you aren’t allowed to use GMP, you get less rewards for missions, there is a risk of literally losing all of your GMP if you play offline.
Konami basically changed the game to fit the online and reduce the Offline to where it is practically inefficient to playing it offline. Why does it need me to be online and make me feel forced to do so?
No update at all would’ve been far better than this shitty Update.
