GTA 5 – Mods to Make It Realistic – TOP 5

Grand Theft Auto V is a multi-platform action-adventure video game. It was released by Rockstar Games in 2011, but still retains its relevance among players worldwide. The game takes place in the fictional city of San Andreas, which Southern California inspires.

The game gives a reasonably realistic experience. For example, in multiplayer mode, you can visit the casino and try increasing the number of available chips. As in Bodog’s crypto casino, the chances of winning will depend on your luck and gaming skills.

Grand Theft Auto V is a realistic game where you become part of a big city that lives by its rules. But the fact that the game was released back in 2011 negatively affects the graphics, the behavior of NPCs, etc. All this is entirely fixable – the artisans release various mods for the game that improve certain aspects.

Today, we will discuss the top five mods for GTA 5 that will help improve the realism of the gameplay.

Better Deformation

One of the downsides of GTA 5 is the unrealistic vehicle destruction. Cars get some defects during collisions, but they have nothing to do with what happens during an accident.

Corinarh developed the mod for GTA. Its primary purpose is to improve game performance. Now the car is deformed depending on the impact force. As a result, you get a transport that gradually deforms after collisions.

Once the damage gets worse, the car will catch fire and explode. The mod GTA looks especially impressive on helicopters and airplanes. Once installed, the air transport will deform until it finally explodes.

Ambient FX

A more realistic gaming experience is not possible without improved graphics. Although the developers periodically release updates for their software and Remastered versions for new gaming devices, there has not yet been a profound revision of the graphics. So far, players can only make the pictures more realistic thanks to mods.

Dilapidated’s Ambient FX mod changes how fire, smoke, and smog are rendered graphically. For example, if you blow up or set something on fire, the smoke from the place will spread for several blocks. Since the mod has almost no effect on the game’s performance, it is worth installing it to add realism.

R*hancer Photorealism Mod

One of the best mods for the entire existence of the GTA 5 game. If you see screenshots from GTA 5 on the forums that are difficult to distinguish from photos in real life, most likely, they were made using this mod.

R*hancer Photorealism Mod by Xilantro overhauls almost every graphical aspect of the game. GTA 5 completely changes its appearance. You will have plenty of realism.

The mod also affects the weather in the game. For example, after rain, more realistic puddles appear on the ground, and reflections on wet surfaces are made according to all the laws of physics. Another important direction is the change in natural lighting in the game. Now, the shadows fall as they should.

Realism Dispatch Enhancement

If you want to achieve more realistic gameplay, you should install this mod and improve the work of the local police. In the original version, everything is pretty wrong; the work of local law enforcement agencies depends only on the number of wanted stars you managed to collect.

Realism Dispatch Enhancements by The Realism Team are visual and gameplay enhancements exclusive to the Police and Police departments. After installation, new types of police officers will appear in the game, peacekeeping vehicles will be added, and textures will be improved.

It also slightly changed how the police act when you gain six wanted stars. With the new mod, it will be easier to distinguish between the different types of law enforcement chasing you.

In addition to the Realism Dispatch Enhancement mod, you can install Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement. With him, the police will look attractive and make more intelligent and informed decisions.

The police will be spared psychic abilities – when you just stole a car, and the chase immediately began after you. Now someone has to report your offense to the police. The mechanics will be very similar to the process in Watch Dogs.

Just eliminate the witnesses so that the police do not interfere with your other game.

Basic Needs Mod Pack

This mod will make the behavior of the main character more realistic. With it, your character will begin to feel thirsty and hungry, and if he is not fed and watered in time, the health bar will start to decrease over time.

Along with the mod, additional locations will also be added to the game where you can get food and water. For example, it will be possible to go to a working restaurant, buy snacks at a gas station or convenience stores, and use mini-refrigerators in motels.

This is one of the most realistic mods in which you will constantly need to monitor the needs of your character in order not to kill him.
