Dying Light 2 has been updated to version 1.03 today by Techland. You can learn more about this update including the download size and patch notes here.
Techland has continued to patch the game ahead of its launch on February 4. Some of the press members already have early access to the game and are reviewing it, so this makes sense that they are patching any of the issues that are cropping up with the game.
As for the new patch, it has brought the file size of the game up at least 2-3 GB. So in the case of the PS4 version of DL2, you have a file size of 23 GB. On the PS5 side, the file size has been bumped up to 32 GB.
