A well-known DC supervillain is set to be featured as a DLC character in Warner Bros Games and Rocksteady Studios’ upcoming action adventure game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, based on the latest rumor.

The DLC character in question is the DC supervillain Deathstroke. Earlier, Twitter/X user Miller Ross, who has been sharing information regarding Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League over the past few days, shared a tweet mentioning the inclusion of Deathstoke as a DLC character. The tweet was later removed in response to a report from the copyright holder, Warner Bros Games, giving further credibility to Ross’ information.

Furthermore, Ross also mentioned that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is likely launching with at least Bizarro, Black Mask and Bane notorious items. He added that some or perhaps all notorious items have a unique status effect that can only be applied to enemies by using said items themed after a specific villain.

Previously, Ross had claimed that there is a major feature major feature that has been held back almost completely from the marketing for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. He further stated that the feature brings great opportunity for fan service and “amazing” gameplay potential.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games. It is set to release on February 2, 2024, for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. It is set five years after the events of Batman: Arkham Knight. It marks a departure from the series norm as Batman is not the main protagonist. However, the character still makes an appearance, posthumously voiced by Kevin Conroy in his final performance as Batman. The storyline focuses on the Suicide Squad, a team of super-criminals assembled by Amanda Waller. Their mission is to stop the alien invader Brainiac in Metropolis and save the Justice League members who have been brainwashed by him.
