Bioshock Creator Ken Levine’s New Game “Judas” Gets A Release Window Update

JoelBy JoelFebruary 8, 2023No Comments2 Mins Read

Ghost Story Games’ highly anticipated game, “Judas,” has a release date before the end of March 2025, according to Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick.

In an interview with IGN, Zelnick confirmed that “Judas” would be one of the 87 games the publisher plans to launch between fiscal 2023 and fiscal 2025.

The first-person shooter was unveiled at The Game Awards last December and will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Game Store. The release date of “Judas” was not revealed during the event, but Zelnick’s confirmation provides a window of when fans can expect to play the game.

In Judas, Players will find themselves on a crumbling spaceship, where they must make strategic choices and form alliances with other characters in order to survive. The game features a mature story with intense themes and violence, as players control the character of Judas, navigating through a world filled with danger and uncertainty.

As the game progresses, players will make choices that shape their relationships with other characters, leading to unique and branching storylines. The decisions made will impact the outcome of the story and determine whether Judas and his allies succeed or fail in their mission to save the ship.

Judas is a first-person shooter that puts a strong emphasis on narrative and player choice. With the talent of Ken Levine behind the game, players can expect a captivating and thought-provoking story, set in a mysterious and intense world.

Zelnick acknowledged the possibility of delays in the release of the 87 games, but stated that the development teams were functioning well, and he was optimistic about delivering great titles to the market. Earlier, it was revealed that Take-Two’s cost-reduction program will cut $50 million in annual spending, and there will be layoffs, but the impact would be modest.
