Once, you have entered the Tree House you will see a drawing Board, slide it to grab the arm, and then give it to the Box Boy that you will find in the same Tree House. After that, spin its arm that has a shield and then rotates the other arm that has a sword. Once, you have done it, it will open up its chest and you can grab the lever.
Take the Lever and use it to turn on the Train Track System. Stand on the end of the Train’s Track and let the train come to you. Once the train is here, it will bring along the scissors that you can now use to cut the Police Tape.
