To check why the F5 Menu is not working in your latest update of the Valeheim, players need to shut down their game instantly. and go for the properties of the game. To see the properties they would have to open the Steam Library. You can open up these properties by just clicking on the game and seeing the option that says Properties. Open the properties and then go to the General tab.
At the bottom of the menu, players will come across Launch Options, in that empty tab, enter Console. After you have entered it, close the property options and then restart your game. Once, entered into the game, try to open the F5 menu. The change that you did will bring up the console. This will resolve the issue of the F5 menu not working.
