Mystic Artes in Takes of Arise is the most powerful attack of the game. They do not just accidentally happen rather they are intentionally performed during combat. They work superbly with maximizing the damage.
To perform this attack you to take keen notice of the following three steps:
- The character must be in Overlimit State.
- The character must hit the foe with Artes attack.
- Use face button combinations to trigger the Mystics Artes Attack.

How Do You Enter Overlimit State?
There is a handful of range of Overlimit skills. You have to select the suitable one as frequently as you can to make the Overlimit State lasts for a little longer. Once the character is glowing and will have a bar on the health it will signify that Overlimit State is activated. Once they are gathered in a large quantity, Overlimit State will start triggering a great deal of damage.

How Mystics Artes Are Used?
Overlimit State has some crucial perks of its usage. It gets tires out rapidly so you have to keep this in your mind while using it. If you use the Mystic Arte before the bar depletion then the Overlimit will end up right there. So try to use it after the bar depletes.
Carefully use it against the enemy, since the usage will depend on the enemy’s movement, use it sooner if the enemy seems to move at a faster rate. How do you do that?
- Firstly, hit the enemy with the regular Arte.
- For PS5 Players;
Hold down two of the face buttons. Be it Triangle, X, or Square but make sure it’s not O, the jump button.
- For Xbox Players;
Hold, A, X or Y.
