Sea Of Thieves – How To Raise Allegiance To Unlock Cosmetics?

AshBy AshDecember 5, 2022Updated:December 6, 2022No Comments2 Mins Read

Sea of Thieves players will need to raise their allegiance in order to unlock the new cosmetics in the game and this guide will explain it.

There are dozens of new cosmetics that players will get to unlock in Sea of Thieves that range from Mythical curses to fearsome figureheads. However, to unlock each of the cosmetics players would need to raise their allegiance to both of their factions. They would also need to raise their reputation which is earned by selling treasure to different trading companies. Allegiance is similar to reputation, but it depends on how well you fight with the opponents instead of selling the treasure.

How To Earn Allegiance In Sea Of Thieves:

To earn Allegiance players will be first tasked to join the faction while using the Hourglass of Fate which can be found on the Captain’s Table. Now to earn the allegiance of the Guardians of Fortune, players will need to spin the Hourglass of Fate to their Faction and pledge their Allegiance to them.

Similarly, when raising the Allegiance from the Servants of The Flame, players will be asked to follow the same procedure. There are other several ways of earning the Allegiance including the fights that are fought with the opposing faction. Afterward, players will have to turn in their faction stash grade, and then they can easily get their Hourglass of Fate.

Now, fighting the ships will, either way, provide you the Allegiance which means that you will earn more of it if you win the fight and would still earn a little even after losing it. Also, if players are guarding the fortune then they need to spend their resources on defeating the Servants of The Flame.

Winning the battles will not only help players earn their Allegiance, but also will help players to build up their Allegiant Streak. It means that the more their streak will get higher, there is more chance the multiplier to get higher. Moreover, the streak of players opponent’s will also help in increasing the player’s allegiance.

The other way of increasing their Allegiance is by defending their ships from their opponents. This will help them keep the treasure that is on board. That is how players will earn their Allegiance in the Sea of Thieves. that is how they will be able to unlock different cosmetics.
