Request 10 is not unlocked from the get-go in Pokémon Legends: Arceus so you need to fulfill some conditions first before you can complete it.
Pokemon Legends Arceus have challenged the strength of trainers. Since the game itself is not easy to cover in one single go so you have to go through a slippery road to reach the final quest of the game and complete it. Moreover, you can also take requests like in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
So these requests play the same role as of the Quests, where you are provided with a certain task and upon completion, you are rewarded with different valuable rewards. How To Unlock and Complete Request 10 In Pokémon Legends: Arceus
First, you need to play and proceed in the game. You have to reach that to that point of the game where you can evolve Beauregard’s Wurmple into Cascoon. At this point of the game, great patience is required. When you reach the third area, which is Cobal Coastlands, that means you have already come a long way and now seek for the evolution to occur.
Request 10 will be unlocked when after the evolution of Wurmple into Cascoon you catch Silicon and take it to level 10 for its evolution. As soon as it is unlocked, go to the Galaxy Hall and then into the Professor’s room to start the Request 10.
