In Pokemon Legends: Arceus there are different ways where you are given tasks to complete and catch certain species of Pokemon. Similarly, there is a trail that needs to scout up to gather up all the data that is required for your Pokedex. This is an Elegant Tail Request.

Meet Asabei the NPC:
In this task, you will be asked to go to the borders of the Jubilife Village and talk to the NPC. That NPC will be known as Asabei. Once you have reached him, he will entertain you with the story of how he saw an amazing Pokemon sighted in the surroundings of the village. Now the task for you is to catch the Pokemon and bring it to him.
Glameow, The Helical Tail Pokemon:
The Pokemon that he has been talking about is Glameow. It is a Normal Type Pokemon that usually captivated human’s attention through its Helical Tail. Although you have been told that the Pokemon is hiding somewhere in the village side, you have to go all the way to Combat Coastlands to search it down.
After you have made up to the Combat Coastlands you are not far from catching the Pokemon wince it doesn’t require any special game mechanics to grab it. It will be all easy to hunt it down in the area. Glameow will not be found near water so it is better to avoid that place and search for it near the Crossing Slope area.
As soon as you find it, catch Glameow and take it to Asabei who is desperately waiting for it. This is how you complete An Elegant Tail Request and get two Aux Evasion and two Grit Gravel as your rewards.
