In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Eerie Apparitions in the Night is the 22 request. In this task, you are asked to find 107 Wisps in the Hisui Region. Where To Find All Wisps In Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Now the real question is how come these 107 wisps are scattered all across the Hisui region!! Well, as you complete the story mission The Frenzy of the Lord of the Woods, you will receive an Odd Keystone from Vessa who will also tell you how a seal was broken letting all the 107 wisps be dispersed across the Hisui Region. After you collect all of them and go back to Vessa, you will be rewarded with a bundle of items such as:
