When going into the desert for Coal, make you craft heat-resistant armor and wield a sufficiently sturdy pickaxe for mining from rocks. Plan for a vast journey, ensuring ample inventory space to transport abundant Coal back to your base, as it’s crucial for refining ore.
Identify Coal chunks by their distinct black color, often clustered with other nodes. Despite using a metal pickaxe, they typically yield only a few pieces per extraction, requiring patience during the grinding process.
If you are getting plenty of base then prepare yourself for long walks because teleporting coal from the surrounding area to the base will cost you much time.
