From 0 To 70:
Use a map to find the dens location. In these four dens locations, you can find the wolves and kill them to acquire their skin and reach level 70. You can either sell the leather and meat in the town or keep it with you.
From 70 to 200:
Go to Cutlass Keys Region and find Balmy Veldt. You have to find Lushhunt Pointer which is kind of a demon dog of level 34. Killing the Lushhunt Pointer will reward you with 650 Skinning experience. You can easily level up your skinning from 70 to 200 with this creature.
Get the Fast Travel stone to the north and reside in Cutlass the Keys Inn. From this point, you can go to the town and choose whether to sell the skin or keep it in the shed.
One downside that will encounter is that it costs Azoth however, you can get 1 Azoth every time you skin if the Skinning knife that you use is obtained from Azoth Extraction Perk.
