In Elgado Outpost in Monster Hunter Rise, you will come across a request to take a snap of a gigantic critter for Flur the Sailor at the docks which upon completion will get you your own Monksnail. It will accompany you on your head the whole time but for that, you need to do a little struggle of finding the Monksnail in Monster Hunter Rise.
Where To Find Monksnail In Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak
Firstly, you can find them in the base game but if you haven’t been lucky enough so you better start looking for them in the Frost Islands.
Let’s begin with an adventure on Frost Island, particularly at night time. It’s because the Monksnail appears at night time. So once you have reached Forest Island, go to the subcamp in the northeast and then climb up onto the deck of the ruins that will be close to you. Then go to the cliff through wirebug and reach the deck. From the rail look around the sea to the east and see if you could find Monksnail. It will probably take 10 minutes for the Monksnail to show up. If they don’t show up then you have to try your luck any other time.
