Monster Hunter Rise Bazelguese Weakness, Attacks, Drops and How To Beat

GIStaffBy GIStaffApril 29, 2021No Comments4 Mins Read

In Monster Hunter Rise update 2.0, new monsters have been included. Bazelgeuse, a flying wyvern capable of dropping huge bombs on you and your hunting party, causing massive amounts of blast damage, and sending you fleeing for cover, is one of them. You will end up back at camp, mending your wounds if you make one wrong move because this creature is difficult to kill. In this guide, we will tell you about Bazelguese’s weaknesses, attacks, tactics to beat it, and everything it drops in Monster Hunter Rise.

How To Beat Bazelgeuse in Monster Hunter Rise

Since Bazelgeuse is a flying wyvern, you should expect to see it in the air very often. When it does, it launches a shower of flaming rocks from its body, which burst after a few seconds. These rocks will be steaming when Bazelgeuse is not angry, and then they will glow red just before bursting. When Bazelgeuse becomes angry the rocks skip the dark, steaming stage and go straight to fiery red, exploding much more quickly.

Attacks

Air Raid:

Bazelgeuse will fly around the field, dropping steaming rocks all over the place.

Blasting Range:

Bazelgeuse can spray different rocks in random positions in front of it.

Dive Bomb

After two sweeps of its air raid assault, Bazelgeuse divebombs the ground, doing massive damage.

Fire Blast

Bazelgeuse has the ability to shoot a jet stream from its muzzle. It’s a dead-on shot.

Tail Sweep

The Bazelgeuse will complete a full turn and swing its tail at you, potentially injuring you, Even if you have already cut it off, the tail will send out tiny blasting rocks on the ground.

Weaknesses:

Sharp weapons do the most harm to Bazelgeuse, followed by blunt weapons. The head, tail, belly, back, and legs are the areas you want to target. Its wings take the least amount of damage. The creature loses armor on parts of its body whenever it drops bombs. To do more harm, hit the areas with fewer rocks. Electric, ice, dragon blight, and water-based weapons cause it to take substantially more damage than fire-based weapons.

Tactics:

When fighting Bazelgeuse, you must maintain your agility. This monster is fast, and you are not careful, one of its blazing rocks will explode near you, sending you flying through the air. You want to maintain as main of your defenses as possible. Make sure you are ready to withstand blast impact. Electric, ice, and dragon blight-based attacks and weapons are especially damaging to Bazelgeuse.

To avoid the blasting rocks, try to remain as close to the Bazelgeuse as possible. The rocks cause the majority of the harm, so the closer you are to Bazelgeuse, the easier it is to avoid them. You can roll three times after being by one of these bombs to kill the burning DOT impact and then recover. It’s possible that if you heal before removing this effect, you will still faint from

Look for places where Bazelgeuse’s armor has fewer rocks. While these regenerate in the battle, once they are gone, these are exposed parts of armor, and hitting these sections can deal more damage to Bazelgeuse. It’s under its neck, stomach, and back legs, as well as underneath its back, just before the tail.

Material Drops:

You can get the following potential material drops from Bazelgeuse while hunting it:

Bazelgeuse Scale

Target, Capture, broken part, carves and dropped material rewards.

Bazelgeuse Carapace
