In this article, we are going to guide our players with the use of Tragedy and Comedy masks in Lethal Company.

Lethal Company is a Co-op horror game, where players set out on a journey to collect all the scraps and sell them on the moons. The recently launched update has introduced plenty of new content which has been eye-catching to players around the world. The recent content might be a little confusing for the players, however, once you understand the concept, it becomes valuable throughout the journey.

If you have been wondering what Tragedy and Comedy masks are used for, then we have made it all clear for you in this guide:

The Use Of Comedy And Tragedy Masks In Lethal Company:

This horror game comes with some terrific Dramatic Masks and the top two in-demand include the Tragedy and Comedy Masks. These masks were added to the game in the 45 version of the game and players can start their search for them in different areas of the abandoned moon.

Now, there’s a rumor suggesting that the masks drew inspiration from SCP-035, a white porcelain comedy mask known to change between comedy and tragedy. These masks, representing tragedy and comedy, are iconic symbols linked to the performing arts and theater. Although Dramatic Masks can be sold for profit, players frequently consider the additional capabilities hidden within the Tragedy and Comedy masks.

Here is what these masks actually do in the game:

Tragedy and Comedy Masks share the same function for example, they can be sold to The Company for profit, ranging from 28 to 50 credits.

Players can pick up the masks by simply pressing the left button. However, wearing the mask comes with a risk such as, there’s a 65% chance it will possess the player, turning them into a Masked entity. Holding the mask for a while can also lead to possession. Once possessed, players can’t remove the mask, and they have only five seconds to live which is tragic.

The possessed player’s eyes glow red before transforming into The Masked, marking Dramatic Masks as unique scrap items that directly cause a player’s demise and transformation into another Entity.

This wraps up the curiosity of what these Dramatic Masks are up to in Lethal Company.
