What Happens when you spare his life?
If you aim to spare his life, then you don’t have to put any hard work into doing so because this will be already selected by the game’s default system. You just have to leave that place and go normally to the American sunset and get 5,000 pesos as a reward. This will happen only if you prefer leaving him alive. As far as Pesos are concerned, you can obtain them by either hunting farms and treasures or raiding FND bases.
What Happens When You Kill McKay?
Now if you make a decision that is against McKay where you prefer killing him then you can end his life at any point in the game and get amazing equipment that is a wrist gear, The Canadians. As soon as you kill McKay, you will be able to farm pesos too.
