There are two Cave Shrine puzzles for which players have to search for the correct symbols and put them in their right state. Here is how you can solve both of them:
How To Solve Large Cave Shrine Puzzle In Resident Evil 4 Remake:
As you start Chapter 4 of the game, you will come across these two shrine puzzles. While heading to the Large Shrine puzzle, you will meet a number of enemies that will try to hit you and block your way. But if you want to kill them and plan to save your ammo aside then it is better to reach t the top of the cave while dodging each of them.
You will see a door with three yellow symbols on it and it is locked. The first symbol will be on the opposite side of the Pedestal between two columns. The second symbol will be on the bottom left side of the first symbol and the third one will be on the wall beside the ladder.
Now the correct solution to the Large Cave Shrine puzzle is:
- Top-right symbol
- Bottom symbol
- Top-left symbol
This will give you the ‘Apostate’s Head’ key item.
How To Solve Small Cave Shrine In Resident Evil 4 Remake:
The best news about the small Cave Shrine puzzle is that there aren’t any enemies that hunt you down while you head toward the small cave shrine. The three symbols that you need to focus on are assembled as follows:
- The first symbol: It’s displayed beside the ladder
- The Second Symbol: It’s split into two above the ladder
- The third Symbol: It’s split into two to the left of the second symbol
The correct solution to this Shrine puzzle is:
- Bottom-left symbol
- Left Symbol
- Bottom-right symbol
Solving the small shrine puzzle will reward you with:
- ‘Blasphemer’s Head’ key item
- Hexagon Piece C
Once you have found both the keys to solving these two shrines put them in the two large stone hands in a flowing manner:
- Blasphemer’s Head – Place on the right hand
- Apostate’s Head – Place on the left hand
This will open up Ashley’s access to the Church.
