According to an in-game countdown, the Golden Apple Archipelago is a limited-time area for update 1.6m and it won’t be available after July 20. So you must complete your world quests and get your reward before it ends.
You will have to go to Twinning Isle and find a certain Echoing Conch to unlock the world quest. You will be directed to a small island within the Twinning Isle area where a Hilichurl is digging after you find the conch. Defeat Hilichurl and interact with the area to be prompted to dig. After digging a Treasure chest will appear.
When you interact with Paimon, he will mention something about not knowing how to open it. To open the chest, by interacting with it again, and then enter the code numbers 5, 2, 1, and 4. You will get mora, EXP, and most importantly Primogems by opening the chest.
