Fortnite has been updated to version 2.99 by Epic Games. The patch notes for this update mention various bug fixes as seen below.

This is the first major update for Fortnite in 2021. It will officially patch the game to version 15.20 on all platforms. The following is the list of new content and changes that have been implemented in his update.

Here are the new additions in this latest patch.

– New Level Action Shotgun
– New Exotic: Hop Rock Dualies
– Clues of the secret battlepass skin in the stealthy POI
– Pre-Edit Option

Here are the issues that have been addressed in this update.

General:

  • Flip Reset Lobby Track inadvertently removed from players’ Lockers.
  • Multipoint Edge Glider deforming midair.
  • Michonne Outfit visual issues with cape Back Blings.

Battle Royale:

  • Total Bars appearing as 0 in a match.
  • Hypernova Outfit appearing as a different Outfit in the Lobby and in-match.
  • Rebooted players may see an already completed Bounty.

Save the World:

  • Quest progress not instantly updating in the HUD and Quest Log.
  • Broken Pickaxe animations.

Mobile:

  • Voice chat issues on Android.
  • The player loses all movement after jumping through Zero Point.
